CNC/Fabricator | 2nd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a mechanically-inclined individual with CNC/fabrication experience to join the Williams team. The qualified candidate must be able to set-up and operate fabricating machinery, including CNC machines, punches, presses, rollers, formers, shears and routers.

  • Monday-Thursday | 4:30pm-4:00am
  • Potential Overtime
  • $18-$24/hr

Position Responsibilities
  • Set up, load and operate fabricating machinery
  • Ensure fabricated parts meet quality standards
  • Stack parts and palletize for further processing
  • Verify parts counts, label and tag appropriately
  • Maintain work areas clean of scrap and debris
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the company
Position Requirements
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to use calipers and micrometers to check parts
  • Capable of learning and using computer programs
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Demonstrate ability and willingness to follow instructions
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English
