Product Manager
Position Summary
Join our team as our Product Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for strategically increasing the profitability of existing products, maintaining market competitiveness, and defining the product roadmap for the company, the Product Manager will gather and prioritize product and market requirements to define and communicate the product vision. Working closely with engineering, sales and marketing, this position will ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met by delivering winning products to the market. Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Conduct extensive market research via agents, specifiers & end-users
- Articulate market requirements & opportunities
- Evaluate performance along with price updates to ensure competitiveness
- Identify market trends and product gaps in our portfolio and recommend solutions
- Define the long-term strategy of the product
- Understand market position, competitive landscape & macroeconomic industry trends
- Participate in product road maps & strategic planning
- Assist with the core positioning & messaging for the product
- Develop pricing strategies to meet revenue & profitability goals
- Communicate & influence cross-functional teams
- Perform product demos to visitors, admin & outside sales
- Manage product-related support, feedback & inquiries from users
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Product management or related experience
- 5+ yrs in lighting industry experience
Desirable Qualifications
- Sound judgement, analytical & presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal & written communication skills
