Graphic Designer

Position Summary

Join our team as our Graphic Designer! In this role, you will create visually appealing assets that support the company's brand initiatives, including social media graphics, corporate collateral, product spec sheets and instruction sheets, and other branded marketing content. Managing and cultivating our digital presence across platforms, this role will create strategies to drive engagement and grow our brand. Our family-owned company has over 100 years of history and quality USA-made manufacturing. We're looking for talented individuals to contribute to our growth and maximize your potential!

Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning graphics and compelling copy for social media
  • Design and maintain marketing collateral such as business cards and literature
  • Create, deliver, edit and optimize product support documents such as specification sheets, installation instructions and custom color diagrams
  • Produce technical reference drawings to support product, including cross-sections, isometric views, detail drawings, charts, graphs and tables
  • Update existing product support documentation
  • Revise, edit and proofread content
  • Maintain graphic file logs and archives
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Research competition and market trends
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms
  • Ability to manage time, handle multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
