Effective Monday, July 13, the factory attendance policy will be reinstated. Please contact Human Resources with any questions.
To All Employees:
This is to inform you that, as we interpret them, H.E. Williams, Inc. is exempt from recent "Stay at Home" orders issued by the Missouri Department of Health and other governmental entities, and will continue to stay open because our business involves "essential worker functions" that fall within the applicable definitions outlined in the Advisory Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response issued March 28, 2020 by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as well as various applicable state and local ordinances.
Thus, nothing in any of the various Stay at Home orders precludes our employees from continuing to report to work per their usual work schedules. It is our intent to continue operating, in keeping with our understanding of applicable law and the guidance provided by public health authorities, for as long as we are permitted to do so.
If you have questions, please contact Human Resources.
Effective immediately, the attendance policy is suspended until further notice.
This is subject to change as needed.
