Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Summary

Join our team as our Marketing Communications Specialist! In this role, you will create, maintain, and publish company-branded content through our media relations sources. Managing and cultivating our digital presence across platforms, this role will create strategies to drive engagement and grow our brand. Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities
  • Maintain media calendar, incorporating internal efforts and marketing vendor activities
  • Create visually stunning graphics and compelling copy for social media
  • Publish posts, monitor commentary and run analytics
  • Draft company newsletters for agency and customer communications
  • Design presentations for products, brand communications, and AIA courses
  • Manage digital brand presence on external websites and platforms
  • Update existing product support documentation
  • Produce technical reference drawings to support products, including cross-sections, isometric views, detail drawings, charts, graphs and tables
  • Revise, edit & proofread content
  • Write copy for campaigns
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Research competition and market trends
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Ability to manage time, handle multiple projects & prioritize to meet deadlines
