National Accounts Project Sales Support

Position Summary

Join our team as our National Accounts Project Sales Support! In this role, you will provide a positive point of contact to our customers before, during, and after the sale.  The NAPSS interacts with NA customers, NA distributors, and frequently, lighting agents to provide up-to-the-minute information about products and services and manage the flow of orders.  You will also work with scheduling, purchasing, and shipping to facilitate a smooth flow of products to the end user. Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders, job packets, credit adjustments and returns as needed to facilitate account management.
  • Resolves customer problems with positive responses to phone, fax, and email inquiries.
  • Answers technical questions about the product and processes.
  • Works with accounting and customers to resolve all credit related issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make good common-sense judgments in direct customer phone contact situations.
  • Must be a negotiator and be a constant H.E. Williams, Inc. salesperson to everyone.
Position Requirements
  • Experience working in the commercial lighting industry (rep agency, manufacturer, and distributor).
  • Ask detailed questions and provide proactive guidance to facilitate account success.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take direction.
  • Have demonstrated ability and proven background in excellent customer service.
  • Ambition to move into National Accounts Management and Sales.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance relationships with customers.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented/Analytical/Problem Solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • College degree preferred.
