Part-Time Assembler | 1st or 2nd Shift
Position Summary
Join our productive assembly line for consistent work and weekend-free schedule in our climate-controlled manufacturing facility! Working as assembly line team member, employee assembles and tests lighting fixture components, including frames, lenses, parabolic louvers, and other related components. Duties also include packing of small parts. For 100 years, H.E. Williams, Inc. has focused on innovation in the commercial lighting industry. - Monday-Thursday | 7:00am-2:45pm or 4:30pm-8:30pm
- $15/hour starting pay

Position Responsibilities
- Perform effectively as member of assembly line team.
- Fulfill requirements detailed in assembly Bill of Materials.
- Assemble and package fixture components as required.
- Install driver / ballast and wiring.
- Inspect finished product to ensure compliance with production criteria.
Position Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English.
- Technical competence: use of measuring devices, schematic reading test.
- Computer literate, using Word and Excel programs.
- Able to communicate and direct compliance with production standards.
