Web Developer
Position Summary
Join our team as our Web Developer! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining company websites and stylizing internal Williams tools. The Web Developer will use relevant software languages and computer programs to code, design, test and update all aspects of company websites.
Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities
- Maintain the technical aspects of all company websites
- Recommend format improvements to increase the quality & functionality of websites
- Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
- Maintain front-end stylization of Williams tools, including the builder and repNet
- Incorporate new web content as directed
- Ensure website meets customer expectations
- Review, assess & report on web analytics
- Monitor web presence on external sites
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Research competition & market trends
- Update website design layout changes & appearance as requested
- Support existing website infrastructures, including CMS
- Schedule routine test protocols (speeds, browser usability, user-friendliness, etc.)
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming or related field
- Minimum of one year work experience
- Fluent in a variety of programming languages (PHP, HTML, Java, CSS & SQL)
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple projects & prioritize to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of responsive design & current web standards
- Demonstrated attitude of cooperation and teamwork
